In-Person and Streaming Live Online in HD

Depression is the leading cause of mental disorder worldwide. According to the Worldwide Health Organization (WHO), 1 in 13 people on the planet suffer from depression and/or anxiety with 75% of them remaining untreated.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), there are two types of depression: deficiency-related depression and excessive-type depression. While different, each form of depression can be addressed through Qi Gong.

The Qi Gong for Depression workshop will help you address each form of depression from a medically holistic perspective (or learn exercises and techniques to help loved ones who struggle with depression).
