Five days in, you have already felt what regular Qi Gong can change. The question is how you keep it going.

Maybe your breathing feels easier. Maybe your shoulders have softened. Perhaps your mind settles more quickly, or you simply feel more connected to your body than you did at the beginning of the week.

Whatever you noticed, you now know what can happen when Qi Gong becomes part of your day.

See if this sounds familiar:

You know Qi Gong helps, but a busy week can interrupt your rhythm before you realize it.

You have routines saved somewhere, but deciding what to practice becomes one more decision at the end of a full day.

You return to the same few movements because they are familiar, even though part of you wants more variety and room to keep growing.

You want to practice more consistently, but your available time changes from one day to the next.

You would value more guidance from a teacher you trust, without having to drive to a studio or plan your week around an in-person class.

None of this means you lack discipline or commitment.

Most online libraries still leave you responsible for choosing the right class, finding the time, creating the schedule, and motivating yourself to press play. Even when you know the practice works, that is a lot to manage in the middle of an ordinary week.

You do not need more proof that Qi Gong can help you. You need a way to make the practice easier to return to, even when life gets full.

Because starting a practice is rarely the hardest part. The harder part is creating a rhythm that can continue once the challenge ends.

Lee Holden practicing Qi Gong outdoors

Even a practice you love can fade when you’re carrying it alone

A video library can give you hundreds of routines while still leaving the hardest part entirely up to you.

You have to decide what your body needs, choose the right practice, find space in the day, and motivate yourself to press play. That’s a lot to manage at 8 PM on a Tuesday when you just want to unwind after a full day of work.

Here’s how it often unfolds:

A strong week, then a busy one, then two more where the practice never quite happens.

You open the library, can’t decide which routine fits how you feel today, and close it again.

A busy day becomes a missed practice, then the next day fills up just as quickly.

You return to the same familiar movements until they stop feeling as engaging as they once did.

You plan to practice later, then look at the time and realize the day has gone.

After a gap, returning feels harder than it should, even though you remember how much you missed it.

Practicing Qi Gong at home

The practice hasn’t stopped working. You haven’t stopped caring about it. But every session still depends on having enough time, energy, and motivation at exactly the same moment.

Over time, you may begin to notice what’s been missing. More tension in your neck and shoulders. A mind that takes longer to settle. Less of the ease and connection you’d started to feel during the challenge.

A practice becomes much easier to protect when you don’t have to rebuild it from the beginning every day.

Introducing

The Holden QiGong Video Class Subscription

Your at-home dojo, with new classes from Lee three times a week, from wherever you are.

The Video Class Subscription is an ongoing membership for people who want Qi Gong to become a regular part of their week, rather than something they keep meaning to return to.

Lee teaches 8 to 12 new classes every month, with each class drawing from more than 100 self-healing techniques across movement, breath, and meditation. No two classes are exactly the same, so there’s always something new to explore as your practice develops.

You can join Lee live or practice whenever it fits your day. Every class is available afterward in both a 60-minute and a 20-minute version, so you don’t have to choose between finding a full hour and skipping the practice entirely.

You come as you are, at whatever level your body is at today, and practice with Lee from wherever you feel most comfortable.

Lee Holden teaching a Qi Gong class in the studio

Inside the subscription, you get:

8 to 12 new classes every month, taught by Lee and shaped around the season and what students need at that point in the year.

Dedicated live Q&A with Lee, where you can ask questions about your body and your practice.

Every class in both a 60-minute and a 20-minute version, so you can choose what fits the day.

Four camera angles on every class, helping you see how each movement works from different positions.

More than 100 self-healing techniques across movement, breathing exercises, and meditation, combined differently from class to class.

A community of thousands of members practicing alongside you, with profiles, discussion spaces, and a map showing who practices nearby.

More than 10 bonus routines, including morning and evening practices and a seated chair routine.

With regular practice, members often describe changes that reach beyond the class itself

Practice stops being a decision and becomes a rhythm.

Pain and stiffness ease, and range of movement comes back. The body begins to feel more comfortable, mobile, and open.

Sleep deepens, and the mind settles more quickly at the end of the day.

You begin to understand what your body needs instead of only copying the movements on screen.

Lee Holden

Qi Gong Teacher, PBS Host, Founder of Holden QiGong

Lee Holden is one of the most widely trusted Qi Gong teachers working today, known for making ancient energy practices simple, accessible, and usable in a modern life.

Across more than 25 years of teaching, his work has reached over 50,000 students, 330,000 YouTube subscribers, and 24 million video views. He has shared Qi Gong through public television, books, retreats, live workshops, online programs, and a teacher training program that has enrolled 2,500 students and certified 575 teachers.

But Lee didn’t come to Qi Gong as a teacher. He came to it as someone who needed it.

As a collegiate soccer player at UC Berkeley, injuries threatened to end the sport he loved. He began exploring Qi Gong because he wanted to help his own body recover. What he found went far beyond a set of movements. The practice helped him rebuild his strength, reconnect with his energy, and develop a different relationship with his body.

That experience led Lee into decades of study with renowned teachers, including Mantak Chia, and into Taoist practice, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, meditation, and Tai Chi. He came to understand the body as an intelligent system that responds to breath, movement, awareness, relaxation, and rest.

Lee also saw how difficult these practices could be for modern students to access. Valuable teachings were often hidden behind unfamiliar terminology, intimidating traditions, or instructions that didn’t account for real schedules and bodies with their own histories. Making Qi Gong more accessible became his life’s work.

His guiding idea is simple: Qi Gong can turn stress into vitality. That philosophy shapes every class he teaches. The movements are gentle, the explanations are clear, and there’s always room to adapt the practice to what your body needs that day.

This subscription is where Lee continues that work every week, teaching fresh classes, guiding students through new combinations of techniques, and answering their questions live.

What You’ll Learn

What You’ll Learn Inside the Video Class Subscription

Five days gave you a taste of what Qi Gong can do. Over the coming months, you’ll learn how to work with the practice more confidently: what to reach for on a stiff morning, what can help settle a mind that won’t switch off, and how to keep practicing without needing an hour every day.

Lee Holden teaching in the redwoodsQi Gong practice on the beachLee Holden teaching in the studio

You’ll learn how to:

Choose from more than 100 self-healing techniques based on how your body feels and what you need from the practice that day.

Ease pain, stiffness, and tension through gentle movement without forcing your body through the strain of conventional exercise.

Settle a busy mind and find greater emotional balance using breathwork and meditation woven into the classes.

Use Qi Gong at different points in your day, from morning practices that help you feel more energized to evening practices that support deeper rest.

Practice with the changing seasons so the movements, breathing exercises, and meditations remain relevant throughout the year.

Adapt the practice to the time you have, using a full 60-minute class when there’s room and a 20-minute version when the day is full.

The more you practice, the more familiar these techniques become. You start to know what helps on a stiff morning, after a stressful day, or when you need to slow down.

Over time, you’ll be learning how to use Qi Gong as a practice that can support you through different days, seasons, and stages of life.

The Weekly Rhythm

How a Week Works Inside the Subscription

You can join at any time. There’s no set sequence to complete and no Module 1 you need to begin with. Each week brings new classes from Lee, with live and recorded options that let you practice around your own schedule.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Live With Lee, Three Times a Week

Lee currently teaches live three times a week: Mondays at 4:30 PM PT, Wednesdays at 1 PM PT, and Fridays at 10 AM PT.

You can join live and practice alongside Lee and the other members in real time. If the timing doesn’t work for you, each class is recorded and added to the replay library. Roughly two-thirds of surveyed members prefer the flexibility of recorded practice, so you’ll be in good company if that’s how you usually take part.

Every Live Session

Live Q&A With Lee

Each live session includes 20 to 25 minutes for student questions. You can ask Lee about your body, your limitations, or something you’ve noticed during your practice.

The Q&A isn’t recorded, giving members the privacy to speak openly and receive guidance directly from Lee. Over time, this is the part students say accelerates their practice more than anything else.

During

The Class

Each class includes about an hour of Qi Gong, followed by an optional meditation. It’s filmed from four camera angles, giving you a clearer view of how each movement works.

Lee draws from more than 100 self-healing techniques and combines them differently from class to class, with the season helping shape what he teaches.

After

After the Class

Each class is edited into a 60-minute and a 20-minute version, and both remain available for two weeks.

When you have time, you can settle into the full class. When the day is busy, the shorter version gives you a practical way to keep Qi Gong in your week.

In Between

Between Classes

More than 10 bonus routines sit alongside the weekly classes, including morning and evening practices and a seated chair routine.

You’ll also have access to the member community, with discussion spaces, individual profiles, and a map showing who else practices near you.

Across the Year

The Practice Changes With the Seasons

Lee changes the focus of the classes as the seasons change. What you practice in October won’t be the same as what you practice in March, giving you new ways to work with your body and energy throughout the year.

Over your first three months, you’ll receive between 24 and 36 new classes, each available in two lengths.

That regular flow of new classes gives Qi Gong a clear place in your week, without asking you to plan the entire practice on your own.

Real Stories From Our Students

When I tend to stop exercising as much as I would like, Qi Gong is always the thing I miss the most and always what gets me back into a routine. It gets me into my body every time and I am always peacefully energized.

Kim Crich · Student

It couldn’t be more different from the sort of exercises where you have to suffer and feel the burn. Qi Gong seems to start from where you are, and I love that. It connects you to yourself, as well as to nature, energy, and the universe. Thank you, Lee.

Annabel Todd · Student

I have practiced Qi Gong Flow every day for the last 90 days. I love it. I just pop in and go. My observed benefits include: increased strength and definition of the muscles of my legs, torso and arms. I am calmer in mind, observing my breath during activity; keeping it deep, slow and rhythmic.

Dr. Warren Patch · Student

I found Lee when I was 60 & weighed 305 lbs & had trouble even walking a few blocks. I have practiced Some form of Qi Gong daily since I watched Lee on PBS. I lost 125 lbs & transformed my life using Qi energy.

I love the nature-themed movements and sense of peace, clarity, and energy after completing a routine. I’d tell someone who hasn’t practiced before that it’s a great combination of movement/stretching, exercise, and meditation all in one. The time invested is well worth it.

Tanja Turnquist Sayles · Student

What I love most about Qi Gong is how good I feel when I practice. Such profound effects for a gentle exercise. To someone who has never tried... What have you got to lose? Just give it 20 minutes and try and you will want to come back for more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About the Subscription

If something isn’t covered here, email [email protected] and our team will get back to you.

What do I get with my subscription?+

Every month, you’ll receive 8 to 12 new Qi Gong classes from Lee, with live sessions scheduled roughly three times a week. Each full class runs for about an hour and includes an optional meditation.

Every class is also recorded and edited into a 60-minute and a 20-minute version. Both versions remain available for two weeks on a rolling basis.

Your membership also includes live Q&A with Lee, more than 10 bonus routines, morning and evening practices, a seated chair routine, access to the member community, $30 off live workshops, and 10% off new course launches.

I’m in a different time zone. Is there any point in joining if I can’t attend live?+

Yes. Live attendance is completely optional, and roughly two-thirds of surveyed members said they prefer recorded, flexible practice.

Every class is posted as both a 60-minute and a 20-minute replay, so you can practice when it works for you.

The current live schedule is Mondays at 4:30 PM PT, Wednesdays at 1 PM PT, and Fridays at 10 AM PT. Depending on your time zone, one or more of those sessions may work for you. If they don’t, you’ll still receive the same classes through the replay library.

How much time do I need each week?+

There’s no minimum number of classes you need to complete. You can join all three live classes, practice with one 20-minute replay, or choose something in between. Each class comes in both a 60-minute and a 20-minute version, so you can adjust your practice to the time you have that day.

Are the classes gentle enough for someone with physical limitations?+

The classes are designed to be gentle and adaptable. Qi Gong doesn’t require you to push through pain or keep up with a particular pace. You can begin from where your body is that day.

Lee offers modifications throughout the classes, and your membership includes a seated chair routine for days when standing isn’t comfortable or possible.

If you’re managing an injury, health condition, or new symptoms, speak with your doctor or physical therapist before beginning. They can help you decide what’s appropriate for your body.

I prefer having a live teacher in the room. What would I gain from practicing online?+

You can still practice with Lee in real time, ask questions during the live Q&A, and feel the energy of a class without traveling to a studio.

Each session is filmed from four camera angles, giving you multiple views of the movements rather than the single perspective you’d have from one position in a room. You can also revisit the class afterward, choose the shorter version when needed, and practice from home at whatever pace feels right.

The member community gives you another way to stay connected between classes, including discussion spaces and a map showing who else practices near you.

Are the classes different each time?+

Yes. Lee teaches 8 to 12 new classes every month, drawing from more than 100 self-healing techniques and programming around the changing seasons.

You’ll encounter familiar techniques as your practice deepens, but Lee combines them in different ways from class to class. The questions members bring to the live sessions also help keep the teaching connected to what students are experiencing.

Are prices listed in US dollars?+

Yes. All prices are in US dollars. Through this challenge offer, your first three months are $78 USD in total. After that, your membership continues at the standard rate of $39 USD per month unless you cancel.

Your bank or card provider will determine the final amount charged in your local currency based on its exchange rate and any applicable fees.

Will I be able to ask Lee questions?+

Yes. Each live session includes 20 to 25 minutes of open Q&A with Lee. You can ask about something you’ve noticed in your body, a limitation you’re working with, or any part of your practice. The Q&A isn’t recorded, giving members the privacy to speak openly.

What if I join and it isn’t right for me?+

Let our team know within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll issue a refund. There’s no minimum number of classes to complete and no proof of practice to provide. You can also cancel your membership at any time.

My question isn’t answered here. What can I do?+

Email [email protected] and our team will get back to you. We’re a small team and receive a high volume of messages, so we appreciate your patience.
