A live online intensive with Lee Holden & Mantak Chia Streamed Live Online in HD
Lee got his start at Mantak Chia's Tao Garden in Thailand. Fresh out of Berkeley, he went to work organizing his teacher's Taoist transmissions, shaping them into books, distilling a vast body of lineage material into something Western practitioners could pick up and actually practice. Those books introduced a generation to Qigong. In the 25 years since Lee’s work has always kept a close relationship with Mantak and his lineage.
They've taught together many times over the years, in person, at Mantak's events and at events Lee brought Mantak to. This is the first time they're doing it online, on the material that has always needed both of them to land: color, light, and Sacred Water.
This is three hours, one day, built around the rhythm Mantak and Lee have worked in for a quarter century. Mantak transmits. Lee makes it land. You practice.
The first hour is Mantak himself, pre-recorded with Lee in the room, teaching from the source: the five-color healing system, universal Qi as pure light, and the Sacred Water practice that was once held in secrecy for monks.
The second hour is Lee, live, breaking everything from Mantak’s segment down further.
Finally, the third hour is a full movement practice built from Mantak's teachings, where color, light, and the energetic foundation of Sacred Water stop being concepts and become something your body knows.
