Spring Cleanse: A 4-Week Guided Reset Rooted in Qi Gong & Chinese Medicine

Picture a morning where you wake up, move through a short Qi Gong routine, sip something warm, and sit with a single reflection prompt before the day begins. Now picture doing that for 28 days and noticing that by the second week, your body actually craves it.

That's what this course is built around. Not a list of restrictions. Not a week of suffering followed by a return to old habits. A daily rhythm that feels good enough to keep.

The Spring Cleanse gives you a set of rituals (morning, afternoon, evening, night) rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and designed to work with the season your body is already moving through. You choose how deep to go. There's a recommended path, and there's room to make it your own.

The course unfolds in two acts. The first two weeks focus on cleansing, both physically and emotionally. You'll simplify your diet, move stagnant energy through Qi Gong, and start noticing what shifts when you give your body some space. The second two weeks are about rerooting. You'll build Qi back up, stabilize your energy, and establish habits that actually carry forward once the course is over.
