Join us for the upcoming Tai Chi Online Course Cohort, beginning Monday, July 7th. In this cohort, you’ll experience the ancient art of Tai Chi where you can practice alongside the community, and unlock the full potential of your body’s energy.
Tai Chi is a time-honored practice that brings together movement, breath, and mindfulness to cultivate vitality, peace, and balance. Whether you’re completely new to Tai Chi or looking to deepen your practice, this live course is designed to help you:
- Reduce Stress and Anxiety: Tai Chi’s gentle movements and mindful breathing techniques calm the nervous system and bring peace to the mind.
- Boost Energy Levels: Learn how to cultivate and circulate Qi (life force energy) to enhance physical health and mental clarity.
- Improve Flexibility and Balance: Tai Chi’s flowing movements strengthen the body, improve coordination, and promote balance—both physically and mentally.
Here’s What You’ll Experience:
- Foundational Tai Chi Movements: Lee will guide you through the essential movements of Tai Chi, such as Wave Hands Like Clouds and Grasping the Bird's Tail, all designed to improve flexibility and balance.
- Energy Cultivation Techniques: Discover how to direct your internal energy (Qi) for health, vitality, and emotional well-being.
- This is a “Cohort Style” Course: A cohort means you'll progress through the pre-recorded course on a set schedule with everyone else who enrolls. Lee will NOT be teaching it live. Instead, you’ll go through the course with fellow students with opportunities to attend Practice Parties every week and completing content on your own schedule.

- Interactive Learning: With up to 3 Practice Parties per week, and 4 Live Q&A Calls, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and practice in community during the cohort. Practice Parties are where students practice the routines from inside the course together on Zoom. These are not recorded as we are simply watching the content from inside the course.
