If standing feels like too much right now, seated Qi Gong gives you another path forward. With just your breath, awareness, and simple movement, you’ll activate circulation, calm your system, and return to center. You don’t have to push or strain. All you need to do is sit and flow with intention, and your body will do the rest. This gentle practice meets you exactly where you are. It becomes a steady, nourishing way to rebuild strength from the inside out.
Sitting doesn’t have to drain you. When you’re seated with awareness, you can awaken subtle channels of Qi, release stuck energy, and calm your nervous system from the inside out.
In this one of a kind, on-demand workshop, Lee will reveal how to transform any chair into your personal energy sanctuary… and why seated practice can unlock layers of healing, awareness, and deep meditative states you might never access through standing practice.
These seated forms are portable, powerful tools for deep internal cultivation, supporting you whether you're recovering from injury or surgery, traveling, at your desk, or simply needing a slower rhythm to reconnect.
Once you experience these gentle yet profound seated sequences, you’ll never look at sitting still the same way again.

Why Seated Qi Gong?
I first started using seated Qi Gong before meditation.
I used it to activate my energy so I could go deeper into my meditation practice.
Then, I started to integrate Qi Breaks into my day, working at my desk and wanted to get a little energy going.
Then there were contextual situations where I wanted to keep my energy flowing rather than letting it get blocked and stagnant… like being at the airport, on an airplane, while stuck in traffic.
I’ve also learned some Qi Gong routines from masters that were specifically taught as seated routines.
I’ll be sharing these special seated routines in this workshop.
