Welcome to Postures of Power. As you will soon discover, this practice is a deep dive into the internal energy arts. Postures of Power is rooted in the ancient art of Qi Gong. Qi Gong means “a skill at working with energy.” In this course, your energetic skills will be greatly enhanced.
As you unlock your energetic potential, life will unfold with new insight, more excitement, and a sense of awe. The main routine is Postures of Power. There is a 15 minute Warm Up that goes with the routine. You can choose to do the Warm Up or not, depending on how much time you have. Included is a Qi Gong Moving Meditation routine, as well as two bonus routines, Seated Meditation and Standing Meditation.
What I recommend:
1) Do Postures of Power Routine at least 3 times per week with the Warm Up if you have time.
2) Do the Moving Meditation routine 2 times per week.
3) On days when you don’t have as much time, do the Standing Meditation or the Seated Meditation.
4) This will build and tonify your internal energy in wonderful and amazing ways.
